Three weeks into my reign and the most asked question thus far... "Has it sunk in yet?" Well friends, three weeks and counting and no it still has not sunk in! It's hard to believe that after an amazing three months of Queen's Court my dream of becoming your Queen has finally come true. A dream I have envisioned since before I can even remember. I am truly honored to be able to be here writing my appreciation to all of the amazing people that have helped bring me to the beginning of this year; A year that I will forever be thankful for. With such an amazing three weeks behind us and many trips just around the corner, I can only imagine which memories are in store for us to create next. If there is one thing I have learned along the way, it is that memories gained with De Soto are truly precious. I will undoubtedly be cherishing them forever and sharing this with the grandkids over and over... and over again.
To Mr. Mark and Ms. Veenie Goodson, Mr. Bob and Ms. Tracey Revels, Mr. Bill Hennel and Ms. Angie Kreitz, Ms. Sherri Buete, Queen Ellie, all of the past Queens, Princess Noelle, of all of the past princesses, our out of town guests and the amazing Society and Crewe of De Soto, thank you will never be enough. You have all made such an impact on my life and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you for helping make me your 2012-2013 Queen of De Soto!
Also, my nine beautiful sisters who I would have never been able to do this without: Emily, Megan, Lolly, Lexi, Shea, Elizabeth, Princess Alanna, and Jenn. Thank you for helping me create the memories we have that I will never forget and three of the most amazing months of my life. The ten of us together never seized to amaze. We had fun anywhere we went, rain or shine and no matter the dilemma. You will all forever have a very special place in my heart and I have no doubt that in the future you will all be accomplishing amazing things. Never stop being you! xoxo
